We provide after-school dance programs in schools where additional support will have the greatest impact on our students’ school-time success. The focus of our education program is in New York City neighborhoods where substantial poverty persists and parental and NYC Department of Education resources for public school extra-curricular and supplemental education are lacking. Our after-school program is an opportunity for students to continue developing and refining the physical, artistic, social and emotional skills learned in school-time dance classes.
