Andrea Agostini

Andrea Agostini is a Venezuelan-American performer and choreographer based in Miami, FL. She was selected as a Young Voice in Dance choreographer for the Battery Dance Festival/NYC 2024 and has presented work at the National Dance Institute (NYC), Chi Movement Arts Center (Philadelphia), and Philly PACK. Her work explores the Venezuelan diaspora, symbiosis, serious play, and voice. 

Barbara Mahler

Barbara Mahler is a movement-based artist involved in performance, choreography, education, and bodywork from Queens, NY. Her teaching practice is grounded in Klein Technique, in both its pure and dance-related forms, and her hands-on work focuses on Zero Balancing. Based in New York, she has traveled extensively to Europe, Scandinavia, Asia (primarily Taiwan), and Canada, working in all of her professional capacities. Primarily a solo artist, Barbara creates textured, non-linear “stories” and has been noted for her clarity, boldness, and expressiveness as a mover. 

 

Carolyn Pampalone Rabbers

Carolyn Pampalone Rabbers, from Stevensville, MI, is the Executive Artistic Director and founder of CPR Dance: Inhale Movement. She received her MFA at the University of the Arts and graduated as the Presidential Scholar with a BFA from Western Michigan University. Carolyn is an Instructional Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University, on faculty at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and has taught at Grand Valley State University and Western Michigan University.

Tanu Sharma

Tanu Sharma is a dance artist and a choreographer based in Cary, North Carolina. She received her MA in Kathak dance from BVDU, India, and her Master’s in Computer Science from NCSU, USA. She has taught, choreographed, and performed at various national and international events. Tanu has participated in cultural outreach programs, fundraising events, lecture demonstrations, and judged several competitions.

Audrey Baran

Audrey Baran is a Charlotte, NC-based dance artist and Artistic/Executive Director of Baran Dance. She holds an MFA in Dance from Hollins University and a BA in Dance with a Graduate Certificate in Anti-Racism in Urban Education from UNC Charlotte. Her work has been featured with Joffrey Ballet’s Winning Works (2022) and Charlotte Ballet’s Innovative: Direct from the LAB. A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and MUNZ FLOOR® coach, she centers movement and mindfulness across diverse bodies.

Nick M. Daniels

Nick M. Daniels is a celebrated Pittsburgh, PA-based choreographer, multimedia artist, and the founding Artistic Director of The D.A.N.A. Movement Ensemble (Dancers Against Normal Actions), a company he launched in 1991 to confront and challenge societal norms through movement. A graduate of Slippery Rock University with a BFA in Dance, Daniels has been celebrated as a Pittsburgh Cultural Treasure and recognized as a pioneer in exploring themes of race, sexuality, and identity in performance.

 

Marianna Koytsan

Marianna Koytsan is a New York City-based street-style and contemporary dancer originally from Russia, who has been performing locally since 2012. Her work has been featured at iconic venues including City Center, Barnard College, LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, Little Island, and Dance Parade NYC. She is a founding member of Neta-Kinetics, a dynamic dance company. The company builds intensely physical, character-driven worlds that weave together the diverse movement backgrounds of its artists.

Paramita Bhattacharyya

Paramita Bhattacharyya is a trained Kathak dance exponent and performer from Los Angeles, CA. She has served on the jury panel for the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) in Maryland and as President-Elect of the California Dance Education Association. Paramita established her own dance education institute, the Rhythm Foundation of Dance (RFDA), to advance dance and pass its legacy on to the next generation and to people around the globe.

Sudeshna Dey

Sudeshna Dey is an award winning dancer, choreographer, dance educator, writer, actor, and short filmmaker from West Bengal, Kolkata, India. She is known for her powerful engagement with themes of identity, gender, and culture.

Clubheads

Astrid Camacho (Clubheads) is a Multidisciplinary dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Lima, Peru with 13 years of training in Peru and abroad, specializing in House, Hip Hop, and Street Jazz. A member of YinYang Crew and co-founder of Clubheads, they co-directed the stage work HAYLLI, retratos de gozo de ser peruana (2023–2024), presented in Lima and Mexico City. They are also a winner of major international House and Hip Hop competitions, including Sambanismo Seminar (Boston), Pura Calle Lima, Just Dance Mendoza, and Dancehall Master World Paris.

Brighit Leonella Mercado Vera (Clubheads), from Lima, Peru, is a manager, educator, creator, and performer with over 12 years of experience in the arts. Since 2018, she has directed and developed original works. Notable productions include Huérfanos, presented at the 2023 Alliance Française Festival, and Clubheads, the work, independently produced and presented in June and December 2023.

Yuri Ogasawara

Yuri Ogasawara, from New York City, holds an MA in Art Administration from SUNY and has trained in ballet, Oriental/Middle Eastern, and Latin dance. An original member of Andrea Beeman’s Dancing Rubies, she has performed with Buglisi Dance Theatre, LEIMAY, Lotus Music & Dance, Global Water Dances, RengyoSoh, and Vangeline Theater. She has taught for Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company’s Bridge for Dance and currently dances with Margaret Yuen’s Red Silk Dancers.
